1. Custom Orders

All products and services offered by Amazing Flowers Co. are custom-made and created specifically for each client.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided—including names, dates, colors, wording, sizes, and design details—is accurate.

Amazing Flowers Co. is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer after approval or order placement.

2. Production & Turnaround Time

Standard production time is 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping time is additional and varies based on the shipping carrier.

Production times may increase during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume.

3. Rush Orders

Rush production may be available depending on our schedule.

Additional rush fees may apply.

4. Payments

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

5. Cancellations

Because materials and production begin shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom items unless the mistake was made by Amazing Flowers Co.

7. Color & Design Variations

We strive to accurately represent colors and designs.

However, slight differences may occur due to:

• Computer and phone screen settings
• Printing processes
• Material textures
• Lighting conditions

Minor color variations are normal and are not considered defects.

8. Shipping

Once your package has been shipped, Amazing Flowers Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address.

9. Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup will be contacted once their order is complete.

Orders must be picked up during the scheduled pickup time.

10. Event Services

For event décor, balloon installations, custom backdrops, and other event services:

• A signed agreement and deposit may be required.
• Remaining balances must be paid before setup unless otherwise agreed.
• Setup and breakdown times must be honored.
• Damage caused by guests, weather, or venue conditions may result in additional charges.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, mockups, photographs, and creative content produced by Amazing Flowers Co. remain the intellectual property of Amazing Flowers Co. unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Our designs may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Amazing Flowers Co. shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service purchased.

14. Photography & Social Media

At Amazing Flowers Co., we love celebrating our work and sharing our creations with our community. Unless otherwise requested, we reserve the right to photograph and/or video completed custom products, event setups, and décor for marketing, advertising, portfolio, and social media purposes.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that Amazing Flowers Co. may use images or videos of your completed order on our website, social media platforms, advertisements, and other promotional materials.

If you prefer that your order not be photographed or shared, you must notify us before production begins or before your event takes place.

15. Customer Communication & Dispute Resolution
